Documentation

For signing contract you will need:

• Certificate of registration your firm
• Contract with your bank
• List of deposed signatures
• PDV – certificate
• TAX number

For taking merchandise you will need:

• Guarantee of Bank
• Guarantee from DIS associate who is in charge for your region
• Advance payment

ACCOUNT

In case you need account in electronic layout , you can send a request for account on e-mail : gossa@eltosan.co.yu.
In appeal specify date from when you will need the account and client code.
Your account will be sent to you as database file (.dbf) and you can open it with MS excel program.

ON LINE ORDERING

In order to be able to do this, you will need to install DIS client program on your computer. On the first starting of program, you should activate your program (contacting our technical support).
Download of the program you can find on page download or click here.
In case that you have some older versions of Microsoft Windows operating system, you have to download defined add-ons and install them , before you can install DIS client application.

For Windows 98/Millenium use InstMsiA before you install DIS client application.		For Windows 2000 use InstMsiW before you install DIS client application.
